division, our ability to supply skilled
trade’s people at short notice is the reason
why many of our clients come back to us with
repeat business. To ensure we can commit to
supply and meet their deadlines we have a
database of 20’000 skilled personnel which
is constantly being refreshed.
The second reason for our success is down to
our understanding of the site environment. A
number of our staff have previously worked
as skilled trade’s people and if they are
new to the environment we get them to spend
a day on site to find out what it’s really
like and understand the many different
trades.
It’s not 9-5, sites
start early, so we start early, labour
getting to site is
never straight forward so we drop every
new worker to site on their first day to
avoid problems.
We manage the collation of workers
timesheets and administer their pay in line
with the construction industry regulations.
Site safety is vital so we ensure all our
workers have appropriate PPE and where
necessary will induct specific to site
safety requirements.
Finally,
if we can’t meet an order we will do the
utmost
to offer you a suitable alternative but
never send you someone for the sake of
filling a booking.
